He was also predeceased by a brother, Leonard Birnbaum, and by his sisters, Gladys (Birnbaum) Bayer, and Lucille (Birnbaum) Weisberg. Born on June 17, 1917, in New Britain, he was the son of the late Pauline and Isadore Birnbaum. Birnbaum, 90, of New Britain, died peacefully on Thursday, (February 14, 2008) at New Britain General Hospital. ![]()
